Maës projects showcase activism through art and shine a light on different cultures, something that can be attributed to their Cuban-German roots. Their determination is shaped by their passion for skateboarding, culture, and youth activism. At just 19, Maë launched a queer FLINTA surfcamp to bring together different gender identities and build a safer space, all while studying for A-levels and immersing themselves in filmmaking, volunteer projects, freestyle longboarding, and concert work. They are also part of Nike’s “Dance on Boards” initiative, where they teach young children how to skateboard.
With Ebony Peaks, Maë joined the El Flamingo family to learn, grow, and bring their different life experiences to the company.
Maë brings a distinctive edge to any behind-the-scenes position and thrives in music, skate, and culture-related productions.
