Leon Preller

Leon is one of the older flamingos. He showed up as an intern in 2018 and we never really got rid of him again. Before rejoining the team as head editor and art director in 2022, Leon studied Motion Pictures in Darmstadt and Lisbon. Two places that couldn’t be more different but shaped the way he approaches film, photography, and design.

Nowadays he’s our man in the shadows working on all things editing and graphic design and will annoy you about the newest, hottest fonts and Davinci Resolve crashing.

Currently Leon works from Munich where you will find him either in the alps, in the cinema or at the Isar. He’s not much of a walker so biking is usually the mode of travel for these activities. Slow over high speed, in good company with a tent over social coffee ride.
